My Home AP - Face of Andhra Pradesh

Story: Kaka (Prakash Raj) is one of the noted mafia don in the town who has full support of Political leaders and Police. Munna (Prabhas) is university student who studies with the help of scholarships. The conflicts between Munna and Kaka's Son (Rahul) leads to rivalry between Kaka and Munna. Nidhi (Ileana) is classmate of Munna & falls in love with him. Rest of the story is how Munna fights with Kaka and kills him..

Screenplay : Director Vamsi Paidipalli seem to be inspired by the Formula of Rajamouli, which means wonders can be done in screenplay with same old routine story. But this director even fails in the screenplay too with old fashioned screenplay which bores normal audience.He projects the film with routine old Story as well as routine & old fashioned Screenplay..

Direction : Vamsi Paidipalli’s taking is like disturbing the scenes, except a few 2 or 3. He unnecessarily makes the audience in confused state with his shot making and editing. We can see Krishnavamsi type of camera angles. He even remember us Surender reddy who believes in latest technology other than script which is the heart of any movie.

Music: Music by Harris Jayaraj is ok. Pictures is very good in “manasaa nuvvunte” song. Nothing special in remaining songs. The Background  music is horrible with more sounds which disturbed music lovers.

Photography: Ramprasad’s Photography is the highlight for the movie. But his mark is missing in later part of the film. They show thanks to Shyam k Naidu after the movie which make me think that he did photography in second half of the film..

Artists Performance :

Prabhas : Prabhas' performance is similar to his previous films with no much difference. He can come up only if he shows anything different from movie to movie. 

Ileana : There is no importance to this character. Mainly this character is used only for songs. So she didn't get any chance to perform in this movie except dancing to the tunes.

How is the movie?

First half of the movie resembles like Prabhas previous film 'Chatrapati' type of interval bang. Director seems to be getting super hit talk with this interval bang. But the movie lacks logic which results that we cant even remember scenes after we come out of the hall. We can see some creativity at the starting of one rain fight. Fight master Peter Hynes gives good fights but he remind us Kannal kannan who use more ropes in his fights. 

In second half, Munna’s Character is changed from serious to comedy. The seriousness in his character is missing with the entrance of heroine Ileana. Every song looks like a disturbance to the film story. Prakash Raj’s death scene is unnatural at climax.

Final Verdict:

Looks like Dil Raju gave full responsibility & full freedom to the director. This film may get good results if they work out more harder with the script. The movie disappoints us when we thought of good chasing and fight scenes. The fate of this film depends on the coming movies. Prabhas fans may enjoy his scene presence. This film may get good Box-office collections in first three days as it is season for movies.
