Movies: Hindi ‘Gajini’ name running into dispute |

Telugu and Tamil ‘Gajini’ remake named as ‘KAJIRI’ for Hindi
version. This title was already registered by one of the other
producer. By name Neetha a Film Distributer belongs to Jodhpur has filed a case on against Allu Arvind who is producing the film, hero Ameer Khan and director Murugadas stating that we have already registered the title
‘Kajiri’ for our film. As per cine industry rules producing another film with same
title is against the rules.
After observing
all the details, Jodhpur First Class Additional Civil Magistrate served
a notice to hero Ameer Khan, director Murugadas and producer Allu
Arvind seeking their opinion on this issue. Petitioner’s advocate Ashok
Joshi said the Court Ordered them to give answer before June 1st. Recently the shooting of the film started in Mumbai.
