Visa Bulltetin for July 2007 was a sensation. The Priority Dates for
all EB categories (except Other Workers category) have become “Current”
- the word which is so sweet and dearsome for all the US Green Card
aspirants. What this means is - whoever has the Labor Certification
cleared - can apply for I-485 (Adjustment Of Status). After wonderful news in the June 2007 Visa Bulletin, when there was significant forward movement in the cutoff dates for the employment-based second preference (EB2) and the employment-based third preference (EB3) categories, there has been an unprecedented jump in almost all of the EB preference categories, which are now current! The only exception is the "Other Workers" category, which is currently unavailable.
