Veteran actor Sridhar who was famous with his film Muthyala Muggu has passed away on July 11, 2007 Morning in Apollo Hospital in Hyderabad. He acted in more than 150 films as hero and as character artist. Some of the famous movies he acted include Mutyala Muggu (1975), Justic Chowdhary (1982), Goranta Deepam (1978), Bhakta Kannappa (1976), Alluri Seetaramaraju (1974), America Ammayi (1976), and Seetamalakshmi (1978).
