Director K Raghavendra Rao devotional film, "Ranga Panduranga". written by J K Bharavi, which is loosely based on NTR's classic Panduranga Mahatyam. According to cine sources, Raghavendra Rao is planning to rope in 12 actresses for hero Balakrishna in this film.
Although only two heroines will be playing the lead roles - one is wife's character and other a prostitute - the rest of the characters will not have more than five or ten minutes of run time. Sneha and Priyamani are being considered for main lead. Keeravani will be composing the music. The regular shoot would begin in September.
