 The film is titled
State Rowdy with a tagline of “Veediki Anta Scene Ledu”. At a press
meet on Thursday, the title was anounced. K
Srinivas and JV Uma Maheswara rao are producing a film With Shivaji,
Madhu Shalini and Mallika Kapoor in the lead and directed by
S.S..Vikram Gandhi, which is a remake of Tamil film Yeduri. This film
would be a full length hilarious comedy. M.M.Srilekha composed the
